Sourcing specialists within mechanics and raw materials

We are looking for experienced Buyer/Sourcing specialists within mechanics or raw materials. The assignments are for a period of 6 months with start asap and is in the center of Stockholm.

We seek someone who can ‘touch ground running’ and who is not afraid to ‘dig in’ and perform on every level of the procurement process, i.e. on a strategic, tactical and sometimes even on an administrative level. In other words, we are looking for someone who is willing to walk the extra mile to make things happen.

The right person must be comfortable in interacting independently with suppliers and after only a short introduction, experienced enough to make decisions on incomplete information. The right person is also a strong communicator who with credibility can interact with external and internal stakeholders and present solutions based on facts and own analyses.

It is preferable with 3-5 years of sourcing experience from industrial companies and traditional sourcing assignments such as supplier selection, negotiation, contract writing etc. Our customer is most of all looking for someone who can perform on a true strategic level, i.e. set strategies and execute on own identified initiatives based on an overall business target and a ‘value add’ mind set.

You have at least a bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering and if you have experience from working in the automotive industry it is a clear advantage. You must be fluent in both spoken and written English. Swedish is an advantage.

We look forward to receiving your application. Please apply through our webpage at: as soon as possible.
