ValueOne is looking for an Interim Procurement Specialist within Facility Management and Indirect Spend for a consulting assignment with a global company in the food industry. The role is based at the client’s headquarters in Malmö, with an immediate start. The assignment runs for 4 months with the possibility of extension or transition into employment.

About the Role
As an Interim Procurement Specialist, you will drive and execute cost‑saving initiatives within indirect procurement, with a strong focus on facility management. You will work closely with the Global Category Manager Indirect and take an operational role in translating sourcing strategies into measurable results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing and implementing cost‑saving initiatives within the facility management category in alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Leading supplier selection, negotiations, and onboarding of facility management service providers.
- Supporting sourcing activities across other indirect procurement categories when needed.
- Managing tender processes (RFX), supplier evaluations, and supplier performance follow‑up.
- Coordinating and performing operational procurement tasks, including spend management and ensuring high data quality.
Experience and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in procurement within facility management and indirect categories. You have documented expertise in:
- The supplier landscape within FM
- RFX processes and negotiation
- Spend management
- Strong financial understanding
- Experience working with ERP/BI tools (e.g., D365, Power BI)
Fluency in English is required.
You are analytical, results‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You communicate effectively and are comfortable collaborating with and leading initiatives within cross‑functional teams.
