About the role

As a Nordic Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies for selected direct materials across the Nordic region, with a focus on value creation, supply security, and close collaboration with production sites.

  • Fluency in English and an additional Nordic language is requried

As a person, you are:

  • Self-driven and collaborative
  • Comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • A clear communicator at all organisational levels
  • Able to build trust through structure, accountability, and a genuine interest in working close to the business
