ValueOne is looking for an Interim Strategic Sourcing Lead for a consulting assignment of approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. The role is based in the Malmö/Lund region.

About the Role
As a Strategic Sourcing Lead, you will be responsible for driving a strategic sourcing process focused on identifying and evaluating contract manufacturers in Europe and the United States. The role includes market analysis, evaluation, and dialogue with potential partners. You will also work on establishing long-term supplier collaborations, including more complex structures such as ownership and investments, as well as contributing to the development of future supply chain flows.
You will work independently but in close collaboration with a cross-functional team, including project management, quality, regulatory affairs, and product development.
We are looking for someone with senior experience in sourcing within life science/medtech, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, manufacturing, and quality processes. You are self-driven, business-oriented, and confident in engaging with external partners. English is required, and travel is part of the role.
