We are looking for an experienced S&OP Manager for Lindt & Sprüngli (Nordic) AB in Solna Stockholm. where you will take overall responsibility for the planning process from demand to delivery and drive S&OP work across sales, marketing, finance and supply chain.

About the role
As S&OP Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli (Nordic) AB, you have overall responsibility for the planning process from demand to delivery, with the aim of ensuring a balanced and efficient supply chain that meets customer service goals and optimizes inventory levels and costs. The role is central to driving and coordinating the S&OP process across sales, marketing, finance and supply chain and serves as a key player in the company’s continued growth journey.
Areas of responsibility and duties:
- Take full ownership of assigned portfolio/SKUs from demand planning through to delivery execution
- Balance demand against supply considering constraints such as capacity, lead times and inventory levels
- Proactively identify and manage short- and long-term supply risks
- Analyze historical sales, seasonality and commercial input to develop and maintain high quality demand forecasts
- Challenge assumptions and ensure consensus among stakeholders
- Translate demand plans into delivery plans and purchase orders
- Follow up on production and delivery confirmations
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure execution
- Optimize inventory levels and safety stock
- Identify and resolve root causes of shortages and excess stock
- Lead Demand Review, Supply Review and S&OP meetings
- Ensure clear action plans and escalation of risks and opportunities
- Align commercial, financial and operational plans
- Drive improvements to planning processes, tools and data quality and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Develop reports and decision-making documents
- Coach and develop planners and drive responsibility and ownership within the team
- Lead change initiatives and process improvements
Experience and expertise
We are seeking a candidate with an academic background in supply chain, logistics or a related field, and solid experience in supply chain operations and planning. You bring strong capabilities in demand and delivery planning, S&OP processes, and SAP (S/4HANA, IBP/APO), as well as advanced Excel skills and data analysis expertise. Experience from the FMCG or food industry is a valuable asset.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have a proven track record of leading projects or teams. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented, with a high sense of ownership and a proactive mindset. You thrive in fast‑changing environments, enjoy influencing stakeholders, and are comfortable driving decisions in complex settings.
