Senior Sourcing Manager to Ferroamp
ValueOne is recruiting a Senior Sourcing Manager for Ferroamp, a Swedish greentech company. This role carries overall responsibility for developing and driving Ferroamp’s sourcing and supplier strategy with a focus on building a competitive and resilient supplier network. The position is based in Sundbyberg, Stockholm, with a start date by agreement.

About the role
As Senior Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving Ferroamps sourcing and supplier strategy for outsourced manufacturing. You will play a key role in building a competitive, scalable and resilient supplier network that meets Ferroamps requirements for quality, cost, delivery and sustainability.
You will own the commercial relationships with strategic suppliers and contract manufacturers throughout the product lifecycle and act as the commercial sourcing lead across the organization.
The role includes approximately 20–40 travel days per year. You will report to the COO and work closely with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, Finance and Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with Ferroamps business objectives and growth plans.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard strategic contract manufacturers and suppliers.
- Own and develop commercial relationships with contract manufacturers and strategic suppliers, driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract management covering pricing, volumes, capacity, forecasts and supply commitments.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, challenge supplier cost structures and develop sourcing savings plans.
- Support NPI and industrialization through supplier selection, commercial evaluations, target costs and risk management.
- Build and develop a competitive and resilient supplier portfolio, including dual-sourcing and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Ensure suppliers meet relevant requirements for quality, sustainability and regulatory compliance.
Experience and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in strategic sourcing within a manufacturing or industrial environment. You have a proven track record of sourcing and commercially managing contract manufacturers (OEM, ODM and/or EMS), preferably within electronics, electromechanical products or other technically advanced industrial products. You have solid experience working with global supplier networks, particularly across Europe and Asia, including supplier selection, sourcing and commercial negotiations.
You are an experienced commercial negotiator, comfortable leading complex negotiations and supplier agreements. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Economics or a related field is preferred.
Strong English communication skills are required, while Swedish is considered an advantage.
As a person, you are strategic and commercially driven, with strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills. You are analytical, structured and results-oriented, with the ability to balance technical and commercial perspectives and collaborate effectively across functions.
