The position is based in Stockholm, with frequent travel required.
ValueOne specialises in supply chain management, procurement and logistics. We offer our clients services in three business areas: interim procurement and logistics consultants, recruitment of procurement and logistics professionals, and Management Consulting, where ValueOne develops clients’ procurement, logistics and supply chain capabilities in strategy, models, methods, processes, organisation and competence.
About the role
The Process Validation Specialist will support the Process Office during an interim consulting assignment, testing and validating changes to supply chain flows, configurations, routings and system setups before implementation. This role ensures that business and process requirements are met and workflows remain stable, allowing Process Improvers to focus on process improvements.

- Test and validate ERP M3 configurations, with a focus on supply chain flows and routings.
- Validate planning logic and outputs in the Advanced Planning System, Logility.
- Perform end-to-end and regression testing to ensure existing processes remain stable and compliant when changes are introduced.
- Identify, document and track inconsistencies, deviations and testing issues using agreed tools and shared locations.
- Maintain test documentation and results in line with Process Office governance to support transparency and knowledge reuse.
- Communicate testing status, results, issues and risks to IT, process teams and relevant stakeholders, providing readiness input for go live and release decisions.
Experience
The successful candidate has a solid background in supply chain, process or systems related roles, combined with strong hands-on expertise in ERP M3 and Advanced Planning Systems. Knowledge of Power BI is expected, while familiarity with Logility is considered a strong advantage. A university or college degree in Administration, Supply Chain Management, Process Improvement or a related field is required, along with fluency in English. Knowledge of Swedish is beneficial.
To succeed in this role you should be structured, analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to clearly communicate test results, issues and risks. You should also be comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with stakeholders across IT, logistics and commercial functions.
