ValueOne is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Key User – Supply Chain & Purchasing for a consulting assignment with an international industrial client in the Mälardalen region. The assignment starts in November 2026 and runs through September 2027, with strong potential for extension. The role requires on-site presence approximately three days per week, with travel between client locations when required.

About the role
The SAP S/4HANA Key User will support and develop SAP-related processes within Supply Chain Management and Purchasing, combining hands-on user support, master data governance and continuous process improvement. The role serves as a key link between business operations and IT to improve data quality, system functionality and operational processes.
- Drive purchasing master data governance and ensure data quality.
- Support and train users in SAP S/4HANA processes and functionalities.
- Identify and implement SAP improvements within purchasing, inventory management and forecasting.
- Represent Supply Chain Management in SAP development initiatives, including Common Stock and demand driven purchasing.
- Liaise between business operations and IT, managing and following up on system issues.
- Participate in process development, system testing and the implementation of new functionalities.
- Coordinate cross-functional improvement activities and ensure successful implementation.
Experience
The ideal candidate has approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience in purchasing and supply chain processes, with solid SAP S/4HANA expertise, particularly in Materials Management (MM), and strong knowledge of Material Master, Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Info Records, Contracts and Inventory Management. Practical expertise is valued over formal education and fluency in English is required and Swedish is an advantage.
The candidate should be self driven, proactive and solution-oriented, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail and data quality. Good communication skills, a collaborative approach and an agile mindset are essential for driving continuous improvements across functions.
